The Leadership and Management training programme consists of four, one-day workshops, which give managers and supervisors practical tools and core skills instrumental in achieving business objectives including: personal leadership, understanding yourself and others; managing time and effectiveness; and managing performance.
All of the workshops take place at our office in Halifax, West Yorkshire between 9.30am and 4.30pm with refreshments provided during breakout sessions. The cost of completing the ‘Core Management Skills’ open training programme is £500 plus VAT. The timing
is typically one workshop per month.
For an additional fee, delegates may also complete a Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), thereby writing three assignments about what they have learned during the programme and how their new-found skills and knowledge has been applied in the workplace. The cost of the ILM qualification is £165 plust VAT and is worth six VRQ credits.
