COURSE DESCRIPTION
The ICDL (International Certificate for Digital Literacy)  Advanced Improving Productivity Using IT, is part of the Level 3 ICDL Advanced course. The Diagnostic Test enables learners to develop existing knowledge, skills and expertise in using the Word Processing, Presentation, Spreadsheet and Database software packages in preparation for their exams and enhance productivity within the workplace. Learners will be able to develop their understanding and ability to plan, evaluate and improve procedures that involve using IT tools and systems in order to improve productivity and efficiency of work activities and prepares them for the practice-based ICDL Advanced Improving Productivity Using IT exam. This ICDL Advanced Improving Productivity Using IT Diagnostic Test is interactive, and packed with exercises, it enables learners to effectively prepare for their exams through enhancing their understanding and practice of using the software applications at advanced level. Upon completion of the Diagnostic Test, learners should become fully competent in: Planning and reviewing the use of predefined or commonly used IT Tools for complex and non-routine activities Devise solutions in using IT tools in order to improve productivity
