Why do we recommend a Taster Day with us?
We always recommend a taster day where possible, to ensure a selected course is the right choice for students.

Choosing the right course can take a lot of planning as it is a big financial and time commitment.

  • Students are required to produce and have ready the following items for all their practical lessons.
  • The clients existing or a new Dog Record Sheet.
  • An outline of a dog to take detailed instructions from your clients regarding the grooming requirements of their dog.
  • The Notes from the Grooming Table Book to refer to (available at the College for your first day).
  • A prompt list of questions to ask the owner to ensure that you have all the information that you require from them. For example, an up to date medical history.

Question to ask the client about them and their dog:

  1. Have there been any changes to their medical conditions since your last visit ?
