121 Urban Hot Yoga are proud to bring this years’ 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training course to Hornchurch in the heart of Essex. Our state of the art Hot Yoga studio will bring you the perfect learning platform that give you the unique opportunity to
learn, practise and teach in our live studio environment. You will receive the opportunity to work alongside and with our experienced Yoga teaching team, which will give you variety, hands on experience and guidance throughout your course.
With hands on practise and studying the many paths of yoga with like minded individuals, we will provide you with the tools to become a Yoga teacher.
Our live studio will set us apart from all other courses as you will have regular opportunities to assist teachers in class, build relationships with clients, and understand that becoming a yoga teacher is more than just a certificate. This will set you apart as a teacher as you develop your own personal, inspirational style of yoga.
This course is a great opportunity to deepen your passion for yoga and to find your voice from within to become a skilled Yoga teacher. Our 12 week courses take place on Sundays so you get the flexibility to practice what you love.
