This Course will be invaluable to individuals working in local Government, Voluntary Service, NHS, and all workers from store men to estate agents who work on their own at anytime.

The 1 day course covers:
It is a 1 day course 9.30 am – 4.30 pm which will have a combination of group work, teaching, discussions, case studies and role play. Key topics covered are Essential Health & Safety at work, Assessing body language to identify threats, Predicting behaviour
& recognising danger signals, Personal safety when visiting clients and The law regarding Safety Harassment & Self Defence.
How is the course assessed?
By a multiple choice 30 minute exercise.
