Emotional Intelligence Online Training

This course is split into two sections.

Emotional intelligence (also known as EI) is the ability to recognise, understand and appropriately respond to the emotions in ourselves and others.

It is important to have emotional intelligence as an increasing number of businesses test for emotional intelligence as a part of their recruitment processes.  This is because having strong emotional intelligence allows us to manage the way that different emotions affect our behaviour and surroundings, which is essential for effective decision making, as well as forming and maintaining healthy relationships, which of course is all important in a workplace.
