This Course will allow you to perform manual handling tasks safely. Completing this Course should keep you back pain free!

The Course takes around 8 hours in total. It is normally delivered over 1 day or 2 evenings.

A maximum of 12 Learners are permitted per group.
Is there a test at the end of the Course? What is the pass rate?
Yes there are 30 multiple choice questions and a practical assessment.
Currently the pass rate is 100%.
How is the Course delivered? What will I learn?
The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about the back, common injuries, risk assessment and safe methods to be used.
Who is the Course for?
This is an essential course for anyone at work. Incorrect manual handling can cause permanent back pain.
Learners are required to complete and submit the Training Agreement (Health Declaration) prior to the Course.
