This course is suitable for psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists and people interested in understanding the importance of the connection between body, spirit and mind and how emotions and cognition manifest themselves in the body.
In addition to detailed understanding of the anatomy, physiology and basic pathophysiology of the human body, we will explore how subjective experience and objective manifestation are two sides of the same coin.

- Basic concepts of Research, Anatomy, Embryology, Physiology and Chemistry
- Understanding stress, startle reflex, homeostasis and allostasis
- Cells, tissues, and functions: terminology and basic embryology
- The nervous system
- The skeletal system
- The muscular system
- The respiratory system
- The digestive system
- The integumentary system
- The endocrine system
- The cardio-vascular system
- The urinary system
- The reproductive system

The London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP) was established in 2000 at Gerda Boyesen's request to carry forward the professional training in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy previously taught at the Gerda Boyesen Center in Acton, London.

LSBP serves as a professional organisation and has a senior membership of accredited biodynamic psychotherapists.
