The course is split into two sections.

It's an idea which is much more to do with making small changes today which affect the quality of your life than it is about making huge or radical changes to your life as a whole.

This section runs through the Four Spheres of Ikigai which is about finding a balance between what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.

There are interactive questions included in this section to ensure that you have understood the content.

2. Finding Your Ikigai

Using the four spheres above, this section will take you through step by step actions of how to find your Ikigai, including thinking about it, connecting the dots, imagining it and living it.

Conclusion

At the end of this course you will have started your own journey of discovering what you have to offer and what you can do to make your world, your community, your workplace, or even just your home, a better place to live.
